James “Jim” Fraley, 68 years old of West Palm Beach, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024. Jim was born and raised in West Palm Beach and graduated from Twin Lakes High School. He is preceded in death by his parents Jake and Ruth Fraley (Nebraska Meats), sister Karen Fraley Cinicolo. Jim leaves behind his beloved brothers Jeff and John, as well as his sister Melissa Fraley Monk and niece Aubrey.
