Henrietta Paulin Gamble, was born on April 1, 1924 to Safronia Johnson-Carn and B.J. Carn in South Carolina. She departed this life on April 18, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Grace "Bonnie" (Larry) Hooper; sons Ronald Paulin and Lenny Carn; brothers Louis, Jessie, and twin brother Richard; sisters Samella and Vernice.
Henrietta retired from the State of Delaware and relocated to the state of Florida in 1985.
Henrietta was united in holy matrimony to the late Johnny Gamble. They loved to attend church together where she served on the Women's Auxiliary. Later she joined Christ Evangelical Baptist Church and
Henrietta enjoyed cooking and "eating too". Her favorite past time was shopping. She never skipped a beat in keeping herself beautiful. Keeping her nails polished and hair done was a must.
Henrietta leaves to cherish her memory: her beloved children; Alvin Paulin, Vince (Carolyn Deceased) Paulin, Beverly (Samuel) Felder, Sherrell Hampton, Ricky (Kathy) Freeman, Steven (Donna) Freeman, Yvonne Freeman; 25 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends
Henrietta had a big heart, was loved by many, and will be greatly missed.
